This week's featured artist is Harlow from the fifth grade! Harlow enjoys spending her free time drawing and trying out different drawing tools like Coptic markers, pen, pencils and even her drawing tablet! She would like to be an animator when she grows up and I think we can all agree that she has a great shot at it! Thank you Harlow for sharing your talent with us.
Take a look through this week's featured artist's sketchbook: Brandi S. from the second grade! Brandi is very interested in art and does every sketchbook prompt that is shared on the morning announcements. She draws wonderful figures of her and her mom throughout her sketchbooks as well as other people like her friends and even George Washington! It is so great that Brandi has taken the time to write sentences with her prompts so that later when she is older she can look through this and know what the prompt was about. Way to go Brandi! Keep up the great work! Check out the amazing job Jacob from Mrs. Fish's class is doing in his sketchbook. Jacob excels in showing detail in his artwork. He takes special care to label things and divides up the space on his pages to show his many ideas in an interesting way. We can't wait to see more exciting prompts filled out by Jacob! Great job! |
